Courier Guy Driver Complaint

I'm writing to you with a heavy heart complaining about a treatment l receive from Courier Guy on 28/05/2026 where a driver of the said company failed to deliver my parcel He first called me to find out if l was home which l responded that yes l was home a few minutes l heard a hooter and opened my automated gate and asked him to enter and he just looked at me and drove away which l find very disturbing and uncalled for l immediately reported the behaviour to his company which promised to look resolve the matter On 29/05/2026 a guy by the name of XOLANI LAVISA called me and apologise on behalf of the driver who failed to deliver my parcel and promised that my parcel will be delivered today before business day which I'm still waiting for since dealing with this C.Guy company l never encountered such a behaviour and hope this guy will be brought to book by his company not to do this again to the company's clients as he is paid by them
