Courier Guy doesn't want clients just money

This company knows how to mess up a shipment, or they don't collect, even if you book on your in the morning and pay overnight. Or like this time your parcel gets, shipped to the incorrect place and customer service tells you it is not their problem, you should phone the other branch, even once again we get charged overnight and receive no parcel. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER.
