Courier Guy - does not offer services advertised and take more than a month to deliver

Parcel TCG***2. We requested that this parcel be delivered by PUDO which would cost about R60. The Rustenburg branch said that there is no PUDO locker at the destination in Warrenton and that we now had to pay R100 to deliver it. Speaking to the receiver after sending the parcel she sent photo of the pudo box at 55 Uys str, Warrenton. Why does the Rustenburg branch lie and not assist the client and refuse to assist if the client is using the pudo service being a cheaper option. Now the tracking number says the client will only receive the parcel on 24th August 2021 which is more than a month from now. Cant understand why The Courier Guy has such bad service
