Courier guy does not handle with care ,ever .

Multiple parcels have been damaged beyond repair costing me money as a business owner . I am never reimbursed and have to rectify their errors. My businees and customers suffer . They take no accountability for damaged goods . How can you pay a courier that constantly damages goods and will deliver those goods damaged .
