Courier Guy disgraceful

Have had 2 food related parcels delivered via Richards Bay depot and both of them have had diesel spills on packaging..totally unacceptable..contacted Pam who put me onto Philani who promised a refund on at least one of packages but have not received any refund or further communication..absolutely disgusting business practice
