Courier Guy disasterous service

We asked them to pick up a very expensive waterpump from Vansan in Montana Pretoria on Monday 18th to be delivered to Groblersdal......onvernight.....we still do not have the pump and the Equistria depot where the pump was last apparently end up DO NOT know where the parcel is! The operations manager said they are trying to find out what happened to the parcel!!! A over R4000 water pump isgone!! ******?????
