Courier guy destroys paintings

We send two painting from Cpt to Jhb, Wrapped in cardboard and bubblewrap, and marked fragile all over. Clear instructions not to transport it flat but upright! My wife received photos from her upset customer showing how TCG ****ED UP her parcel. Something heavy was placed on top of the paintings commissioned and the frames was broken, and the canvas stretched with damage to the paintwork as well. The alternative is that someone jumped on the parcel, kicked it and threw it into and out of the delivery cars. We are waiting on feedback as the Malmesbury branch manager said they will pull the footage to see where the damage occurred. I am waiting on feedback how we will be compensated and when the person responsible for this damage will be fired from his/her job.
