Courier guy . Day light *******

You company are day light ******s.... Transport a package tht according to you falls outside the XL size of a pudo parcel and then charge the customer a R1000,00 more and inform the customer he can only get it once the amount is paid.

Customer service is non existent and when you do get through to someone they are rude and certainly not helpful in any way .....

Last package was damaged in transport and was just told that it was not packaged correctly. Why was that not stated to the sender when collected....
