Courier Guy customer service "take it or leave it corporate policy"

Beware all when using Courier Guy online booking portal. If you select Pay Pal to facilitate payment & the transaction is not completed Courier Guy will duck & dive in order to evade returning the money to the account it originated from,even if out of frustration you repaid the exact same amount in order to receive the delivery. Very disappointed as utilize Courier Guy extensively, first time I have experienced this .
