Courier guy customer service horrifIc

I sent a pudo package a few days ago and the recipient won't be able to pick the parcel up. So, i have been continuously calling their customer services all morning to arrange something. And every single time i get through to someone, they put the phone down in my ear. I have absolutely no way to get my package, and it's extremely important to me. I don't know what to do... Courier Guy is a great company, but their customer service is the worst i have ever experienced. They will not help you if you have a problem with your parcels.
