Courier guy consultant went the extra mile - Ziaan Sechel, thank you!

I would like to give a HUGE shout out to Ziaan Sechel from Courier guy. I used the new Courier guy app to send a kiosk to kiosk parcel - this app is SHOCKING by the way as the search functionality requires you to know exactly which kiosk you want instead of showing all kiosks in an area. As a result, I sent my parcel to Strand in Eastern Cape as opposed to Strand in Western Cape. Ziaan assisted and got personally involved, calling me daily to update me on the status and he ensured that the parcel was re-routed and received. thank you Ziaan. People like you uplift the rating else this would have been a "1". @Courier guy web app developers, please up your game. My experience was not good and if it was not for Ziaan, this would have been a "1" rating.
