Courier Guy Chaos: Failed Delivery, Endless Runaround, and Broken Promises!

I honestly didn’t think The Courier Guy could reach new depths of incompetence, but here we are.

Your Cape Town branch has managed to turn what should have been a simple delivery into a complete farce. Instead of doing the bare minimum - you know, actually delivering the parcel - your driver (apparently a new one, which clearly shows) decided it was a better idea to return it to the sender. No attempt to contact me, no reasonable explanation - just a complete failure to do the job they’re paid for.

And if that wasn’t bad enough, trying to resolve this mess was an absolute circus. I had to phone both your Cape Town and Johannesburg branches, only to be passed from one operator to the next like a hot potato - three times. Each time, I was met with confusion, zero accountability, and then conveniently hung up on because nobody seemed capable of actually dealing with the situation.

To top it all off, your Cape Town branch then blatantly misled me by assuring me I would still receive the parcel the same day - which, unsurprisingly, never happened. So not only is the service ***********, it’s also dishonest.

The result? A completely unnecessary delay of another day, all thanks to what can only be described as lazy, careless, and utterly *********** service.

You might want to go back and actually listen to those “recorded” phone calls you love to mention, because they will clearly show the level of disorganization, misinformation, and outright disregard for customers.

It’s baffling how a company of your caliber can operate at this level and still call itself a courier service. At this point, I’d have more confidence handing my parcel to a random passerby and hoping for the best.

If this is the standard of your operations, then “pathetic” isn’t even a strong enough word. Get your drivers trained, get your systems sorted, and start taking some accountability - because right now, this is an embarrassing excuse for a service.

Absolutely unacceptable.
