Courier guy causes delays of very important parcel due to sending overnight package to the wrong destination!

I had a parcel that was sent on Wednesday. This contains very important content. It should have been delivered by now but instead they sent it to the wrong destination and ended up in Cape Town. I am really not impressed, as I now have to wait even longer to receive this very important parcel. Needless to say that his was an overnight parcel.
