Courier guy Cape Town. Terrible service

Terrible Terrible courier service!! Absolutely appalling!! I am not impressed. Today is the second day waiting for an order to be picked up and delivered to me. I phoned the Cape Town branch..very unfriendly and very unhelpful. They told me that the parcel will be picked up and delivered by closing today...no one has picked the order up. We've received a tracking number..but unable to track as their system hasn't updated any information about our parcel or when it will be picked up and delivered...I was told I will get same day delivery if I organised before 10h00..well heading on to 3 days already!!!
