Courier guy Cape Town shocking

The courier guy destroyed my parcel and my client was unable to receive it. It’s been more than a month waiting for them to pay me for parcel that was destroyed. I’ve been dealing with Liesel Lakay whose communication hasn’t been great. Absolute joke. She said I would receive my money in the next couple of days on the 15th Jan and it’s nearly 15 Feb again 😡
