Courier Guy Cape Town

I sent a parcel via Courier Guy on the 4th of January, from Kathu to Cape Town. The parcel was received in Cape Town on 7 January, on 10 January the parcel was attempted for delivery and according to the system return to the Hub because according to them the sender was not at the address.

I checked on the email document if it was the correct address and saw that the address was correct, I immediately phoned Cape Town Courier Guy to correct the address on Tuesday, 11 January 2022. They promised to deliver the parcel on the 12th, followed up on the 12th with the Kathu branch who proceeded to follow up with Cape Town Courier Guy who were very rude over the phone. They apparently had some technical difficulty yesterday and hence couldn’t fulfill the delivery. They promised to deliver the parcel today but still my parents haven’t received their parcel.

Cape Town should have contacted Kathu to get the correct address and contact number, furthermore if you promise to do something you should be true to your word.

Cape Town Courier Guy has the most pathetic service, the the reason I used Courier Guy was because they deliver to the residential address.

Definitely won’t be making use of their service again.
