COURIER GUY CANT READ

What a terrible company. On the online forms it was indicated that my parcel had to go to Eastern Cape. Somehow it ended up in Mpumalanga... HOW ON EARTH DID IT END THERE IF IT WAS STATED THAT THE PARCEL SHOULD GO TO EASTERN CAPE! It is stated on the box, slip and on the confirmation email, how the hell did it end up there? They can't read! It is a parcel that needs to get to Eastern Cape urgently! The delivery costs were expensive just to get this **** service were no one is going to take responsibility for!
