Courier Guy cannot give answers regarding package!

Package is sitting for 2 days at the hub in Durban, phoned many times regarding package that must be delivered before Friday it is for a wedding that is happening on Saturday, so the package is urgent! No one can give answers regarding this package. Package was collected on monday but still at the hub???? I am so stressed because it is flowers for the wedding that is why courier guy was chosen because it is recommended as nr1 courier service! I cannot believe no one can give me any answers regarding the package!
