#Courier Guy #Bad Service #Lack of communication

Very disappointed in the service and the lack of communication from The Courier Guy! On the 6th of January I booked for a collection, stating that the parcel be collected before 12h00 on the 7th of January. The then try and collect on the 6th of January, when the parcel is not ready. On the 7th of January the get there after 15h00, when the business is closed. On the 10th of January, the driver doesn't get time to collect! Nobody gets back to you on e-mail and the only number available, just rings. In the mean time I have booked flights, thinking this delivery will be done by Thursday. These are losses I have to absorb!!
