Courier guy bad service

Struggly to get my money back that was paid in wrong account, as they have now two accounts, did not know how new app works. There are asking the same things over and over. I have send it now about at least 6x. Everytime someone else ask for the same documents. Even after someone else said they will send it to Head Office. Seems that different people in Herm**** read a new e-mail, but do not scroll back on previous ones. Cannot please one struggle so much to get your own money back. Very bad service!!.
