Courier guy bad service and no resposibility for there drivers damidging private propperty

Driver damidged my entrance wall drove away after i asked him to come in and phone office he jumpted in bakkie and drove of contacted Rustenburg branche and reported the incodent but been 3 weeks now and i must pnone several other people to sort out this problem cant lock my gate 2 times break ins now and damidges stil no feed back verry poor comunication from them and problem seems to be mine now
