Courier Guy bad service

In review courier guy Vanderbijlpark. We booked a truck center portion to be couriered to our customer. We cleaned it with a big pressure washer, was oil free, put it on a wooden pallet, wrap it in bubble wrap and strapped it tight. Courier guy dropped my parcel, broke the pallet and after days of intense negotiation with them they returned my parcel. One of their drivers was present when they loaded the parcel and confirmed afterwards with us everything was fine. Now suddenly they do not courier mechanical spares anymore. Nobody informed us, no official statement, nothing. The worst is they are refusing to pay back all of our money. Courier guy made the mistake, they broke my parcel and I had to refund thousands of rands. I spend thousands of rands every month with them.
