Courier Guy BAD Service

I have requested a collection on the 30/1/2019 at 07:54 am to be collected at my supplier. My company has been dealing with them since March 2018, with issues of The courier guy JHB branch not collecting my parcels, then I need to hear from my suppliers that they where never at their premises to collect my parcel. According to courier guy on numerous occasions, my supplier was either closed, no electricity etc. When confronting my suppliers, they reply that courier guy was never their to collect and that my company is not the only company complaining about courier guy's services. Upon requested my parcel to be collected in JHB early this morning, I had now to find out that they will not collect my parcel today. According to their service, we as clients need to arrange for a parcel collection before 12:00 in the morning, in this case this was done. Courier guys service is absolutely shocking never the less. I will not make use of their service again.
