Courier Guy Bad service

I sent a parcel 2 days back under impression that it is 1 day service. The parcel hasn't reached where it's supposed to go, i have been on the phone for the past 15 minutes and still not getting help. And i have also noticed they have hidden cost, i was told it's R140 now i get discrepancy of R200. How is this possible, This was my first and last time using this company.
