Courier Guy - Bad reputation

Just avoid using this courier Service! Received the confirmation that my parcel will be delivered before the end of the day. 19 Calls were made to them since 8 am. I lost count of how many mails I sent for assistace or just simple feedback. I actually tried calling them to hear if I should pick up the parcel at their depot. The main branch number answered 1 time out of 8 attempts and said to phone Bloemfontein branch :***. Bloemfontein branch ***) picked up the phone2x times and hung up immediately ( 11 attempts) the rest of the time the phone just rang! How on earth can a company be so careless?

The sender of my parcel got hold of them at 16:30 and they confirmed the parcel WILL be delivered, guess what? I was not delivered. I see numerous bad reviews on social media,I agree with al of then 100 %! It is not even the first time
