Courier Guy bad after sale service

Terrible service, great in the beginning and once you have paid its like you’re nothing after that... parcels don’t arrive on time and when you phone they tell u what the track and trace function on the website says - so their people who answer the phone just do what we can do at home but that’s not the point they should be able to say it’s with this driver he is currently in this area should be in your area around blah blah blah but all they say is it’s out for delivery...
