Courier guy and useless service

Booked a collection of my police clearance certificates via pudo. Did a follow up as the tracking showed no updates, only to be told they will not collect both my husband's and my clearance certificates with one booking. I then booked another collection from the CRC to my closest locker at the cost of another R252. I do a follow-up a day later as it's gone 3 days after my initial booking was supposed to be collected only to be told there is a backlog of two weeks. So we pay for a service only to ge told there's nothing they can do. We just delay our urgent visa application due to customer service people hiding behind emails. Absolutely shirty and underhanded on the courier guy side. Very disappointed
