COURIER GUY ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!

Worst courier service ever. Trying to get a telephonic quote, the lady says they don't do it, I need to do it online. I've already tried online, but the parcel is way bigger than what the measurements allows so the quote I received to collect an engine from Johannesburg to Western Cape is R832 000. Now, after having had enough, I tried to cancel our account and that's also an issue. So if we're a client, our needs are too much of an effort but we also can't cancel the account.
