Courier Guy - Absolutely Terrible, would never recommend!

Terrible service. I couriered a small parcel, choose the 1-2 business days overnight option. It's been a week now. Called multiple times, gave my number each time I called, never got a call back from them. Parcel still not delivered. They don't take responsibility at all. Their terms and conditions makes it almost impossible to claim loss or damage costs. Absolutely horrible service. Their prices aren't even cheap.
