COURIER GUY - ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC

Absolutely Pathetic - would make it a 0 IF IT ALLOWED Booked a parcel that was supposed to be delivered before 12 today. they gave some reason that it went to the incorrect driver. Spoke to a Maruis - was told that the driver just got back to the office - this was at 11h50 - and he will go and speak to the Ops manager. Then I spoke to Janco and was told the driver was not there yet and that it will take 3 hours for another driver to drive to New Doornfontein and collect the parcel from the other driver and then deliver it to Aucklandpark. I requested Janco to get Maruis manager to contact me. It is now 14h30 - Still no parcel - still no call from Francois - which is apparently Maruis manager.
