Courier guy

I sent a parcel 16 March 2024 today is the 13th of April 2024 my parcel is still not reached its destination. I have sent a number of emails and went to Courier guy where I courier Ed (Belabela)my parcel. They promised to help they will say in two days it will be where it's supposed to be. It has been in Mtata for the whole 3 weeks. It supposed to go to Queenstown I now believe they have lost my parcel and they have been lying to me. I was patient and very respecting but they treated me like dirt. I have asked them to bring back my parcel until today it is still at Mtata. They update and say it is from Mtata to Mtata they are making a fool of me. I want my parcel. TCg***2
