I tried opening an account with them to dispatch a parcel. Their site is the most unpeople like site. I tried with difficulty to open a account. Eventually I had to phone the help line for their help. I was not asked for proof of my ID or address. Just to deposit R500 which I did.

I never used their service it was too distressing.

Now I've had endless back & forth emails trying to get my R500 back. Send them proof of payment printed from my laptop & bank account.

Even telling them I have no Waybill number or any other information they keep on asking me for that. Also a PDF proof of my payment. PDF really ???

Please assist me in this matter.
