It's been nearly three months since the accident and still no joy from this company. Imagine having a special parcel go missing, they will just avoid you until you give up. Maybe they will pay if a knee breaker is sent to them to collect. They will not answer my calls or inform me as to who their insurers are, they must have the worst insurers in the business. It is impossible to get their driver to pay for the damage caused to my vehicle and the courier guy does absolutely nothing to protect their image. Nobody in their right mind can afford to send even a very small parcel with these people because if anything happens they will ignore you as I'm being ignored.
