Courier drops the box and they don't respond

I had LED lights delivered by the Courier guy. The courier who did the delivery dropped the box and two of the lights does not work. When I phone them they sent me from one person to another and when the final person did not pick up they told me that they would phone me back, but never did. This was after I already sent an e-mail via their website. They only care if you want to use their service so that you can pay. After care is non existent.
