Courier Driver Lying

Good day,

I am tired of courier guy lying, and lying to our clients about us being closed when they want to do a pickup. This has happened multiple times before. The driver comes here, our offices look busy and they just leave. I will not leave this here, courier guy is not going to tarnish our name by blatant lies.

Our operating times are 08:00 to 16:00 on Monday to Thursday, and 08:00 to 14:00 on Fridays. Your driver was here 15:45, he is LYING. I need answers, why is Courier Guy lying to us and my customers?
