Courier deliveries

So I ordered 5*24 packs of Juices and cold drinks at Makro then the parcels were handed over to The courier Guy and they were supposed to be delivered on Friday he 29th of November. I got communication for the delay in delivery on later on telling me they will deliver on the 30th Of November. So I was to receive a Pin which I was supposed to use when I recieved my order, to my shock I get a watsapp message from the Courier guy Company telling me my order has been delivered and the Pin was successfully entered but nothing ever came to me. Im still in shock because those drinks were for an occasion on Saturday and worse of all I paid R1400 for them. I don't know if it's the Company or the Drivers are used to *****ing people's orders so be careful when doing online shopping. I will wait for feedback from The Courier Company
