Courier company from hell!

I’m sick and tired of calling and being kept on hold for over 15 mins an no consult bothering to call me back I can not be waiting for a delivery since the 2nd of December till now you’ve proven the lowest service delivery one can expect this is so frustrating and annoying that none of your consultants even have decency or nerve to call me back after I’ve called numerous times to complain
