Courier Clowns

The worst service delivery ever experienced! Supposed to be a overnight package! Purchased on 27/10/2024 After a delay in picking up the parcel from the supplier and sitting in the destination hub for over a day the package was finally despatched for delivering on 01/11/2024. After enquiries it was confirmed delivery would take place between 16:30 and 17:00, on a Friday I should have known it was going to be a sham. The delivery address is a work address in Fourways, I reside in Pretoria. Come 17:00 no parcel. I enquire again and get some **** and bull story the business was closed so delivery could not take place all the while I was there, what’s also impossible is I work at a residential estate we never close I was not contacted once. After about another 4 calls and promises of call backs from ops managers and driver managers I gave up. I required the package on the weekend for a project I was busy with now I’m delayed due to their absolute lake of customer service and incompetence. I would stay far away from The Courier clowns if I was a business reliant on their services.
