I am really not happy about the service. It is so sad because I paid already. They did not collect my parcel from isivuno since from Thursday. They haven't made any move. Today is Tuesday I should've received my parcel already. It is not even moving. Im not happy at all. It was created on Thursday @11:00 they should've collected on the same day because it was very early
