Could a courier company care any less?

Important package was meant to be overnight delivery on Friday. Only small part of delivery arrived and their system showed the entire delivery was delivered. We located the package an hour away in Secunda. Ended up only arriving on it's side on Monday. The box was clearly marked but the driver reasoned that since the box was damaged by them it was better to ignore the arrows. These are basics! If you can't deliver on time then at least deliver the package upright!!!
