This company does not appreciate customers!!!

27 March 2020. An order went missing valued at R180 000. It was a huge fight the stock was eventually found but the client cancelled the order. As this process took 3 weeks.

15 May 2020. An item for a client in Capetown disappeared. I was then told it is damaged and they will send photos. This never happened. Multiple emails and Calls later they want to send the items back to me at my cost!!!

I have lost money as the clients order was cancelled. I had to return the clients money as well as take a loss on damaged goods valued at R2700. This item has still not been returned to me so it could have been ****** by The Courier Guy Capetown.

27 May 2020. Two items valued at R5000 were uplifted from one of my suppliers. I never authorised or booked a collection for these items. It appears they were trying to ***** stock under my company name.

I will be changing to another courier provider. As well as filing a charge of theft at the police station against The Courier Guy.
