Corporates-Pls avoid accounts with this company !!

Arrogant delivery guy in Durban. No indication of a delivery on a Sunday-not even an sms like other courier companies. My sender puts special instructions to atleast call or message on the day of delivery-ignored last 5 deliveries. Going to stop using that service provider just because of the courier service they use. Also, instead of phoning - they scream outside the gate on a Sunday morning? Our lives do not revolve around this company. All corporates please take note - sending festive gifts to customers with this courier company leaves a bad taste with the customer. Pls avoid them !!
