Convo with an Annoying Bot
"Thank you for holding. All our agents are currently busy..." This seems to ring over and over in my head.
Use Courier guy all the time for my parcels. have no issues with the courier service at all. Always delivered at the time i paid for.
What i do have an issue with is when i try and call your cape Town branch, Above is the only message i get. When the phone eventually does ring, it seems the egg just puts me back into the queue and i wait like a doos all over again
Its all good when there is no problems, but i start questioning the brand when i cannot get hold of anyone to confirm collection or to have a problem sorted.
Do not find this amusing
