Continued bad service from The Courier Guy.

I am a detergents manufacturer based in Aliwal North. I get my Raw Chemicals from JHB. I have been having serious problems with The Courier Guy as the courier company I've been using. The drivers who do the pick ups (under ops manager - Langton) at the chemical company don't do their job, they have been late with pick ups on a number of occasions and they lie about the reason why they don't make their pick ups. They always claim the company closed early but I always contact the chemical company who always assure me that they closed at 5pm and the drivers never showed up. I have complained to the company (The Courier Guy) but nothing has been done about this. According to me, they don't care about the service they give their clients or complaints they get. If they weren't the only courier company that has offices in this area then I would've left them long ago. Their service is truly appalling.
