Contact number that never gets picked up and wrong tracking information

Absolutely ********** customer service, they tell you that your order is out for delivery at 9am, but you don’t get your delivery that same day, you get it late the following day. They have a telephone number that they don’t answer no matter what time you phone them.

You can tolerate a late delivery, but what isn’t tolerable is employees watching a phone ring and not answering it, why have a number displayed on your website but never answer it ?

Would never recommend the courier guy to anyone!
