Constantly out my account on Hold

Ever since the new online system they constantly put my prepaid account on hold and then they take a few days to remove the account of hold again. There is no point to a prepaid online system if they constantly put my account on hold even at R1000 There are many companies out there that require business and for service like this for a loyal client of many years this is unacceptable
