Constant late delivery!!!!!

We have been using The Courier Guy for all our courier needs which is often. We do our bookings cash online and have requested their early bird service. This service guarantees next day delivery before 09:00. We have requested this service the last couple of times as we need are a training company and need training kits for practical training delivered timeously. To date The Courier Company has not delivered on time once! Because of their late delivery our clients who paid for training are forced to sit around and wait, wasting their time too. When I complained this morning their driver told me that I had to remember that I am not their only client regardless, of the fact that we paid I paid for said service! My parcel that was only delivered at 10:35 this morning was Shipment PDVJH.
