Confused service provider

I’m expecting a parcel that was sent on 07/08/2024 through courier company and the parcel has been moving between Jhb and Val, that is Jhb to Val, Val to Jhb, then again Jhb to Val. What irritates me most is the security of the item because the same item was delivered by the same courier last month and because of multiple handling the item was damaged and had to be sent back to the supplier. I hope this time it will still be in good condition

Throughout the process I’ve been communicating with the courier and what I’m told is very disappointing

I’m really not happy
