Completely shredded parcel😱😭😡

Absolute worst service!!! I sent a parcel from my business. The parcel was paid for and sent out as soon as my customer received their item everything was torn all of the packages items was laying everywhere after i put everything intact perfectly and closed according to courier guys t’s & c’s. They are now not answering or doing anything to resolve this! My business now gets a bad name because of your service????
