Complete incompetence and overcharging for poor service.

The Courier Guy cannot be re**** upon to deliver as per the payment for overnight but rather it takes 3 days without an apology to discover this. The tracking system does not work and don't try to speak to anyone except the call centre operator who cannot assist but puts you through to extensions that just ring for hours. It took 8 phone calls to find a single person who could provide an answer to a perfectly simple question. Never again !
